Apprenticeships
Dowty strongly believe in investing in the future workforce. We offer multi-level opportunities for school leavers to gain valuable experience, combined with further education, while simultaneously developing in confidence, knowledge and skills. All apprenticeships are endorsed by the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education.
Placements
We have a wide range of 12-month opportunities across our UK sites for those who have a placement year as part of their academic studies or recent graduates. Placement opportunities typically open in the Autumn for the following summer starts and will be advertised on the Vacancies page.
